This is a baby-led approach which helps parents to become more mindful and present in the moment. The groups are led by experienced Early Years Practitioners, VIG guiders, psychotherapists and group facilitators.
We support you to become a more confident parent. You will learn:
• To better read your baby’s cues.
• To have more fun together.
• To strengthen your bond with your baby.
In the group you will spend quality time with your baby. We use a range of methods like singing and nursery rhymes. With your permission we film you and your baby, then show you the best moments of you connecting with your baby. We will give you the best video clips to keep as a precious reminder of your special time together.
