We are delighted to announce that we have received funding from Heart of Bucks and High Wycombe Community Board for our newly-established Baby Bonding group at Hampden Way Family Center
Heart of Bucks – a community foundation that raises funds across Buckinghamshire to then distribute money directly to local causes. Heart of Bucks operate to ensure any form of philanthropy, whether from an individual or an organisation, is effective and brings the greatest benefit to those in need across Buckinghamshire. Since Heart of Bucks began in 2000, the charity has awarded £10m to local causes and are proud to be one of 47 members of UK Community Foundations.
High Wycombe Community Board – whose priorities are: to work with residents, partners, local groups, and organizations to understand the local issues and priorities; and to use data and local intelligence to focus the board’s resources and deliver the best outcomes for the High Wycombe Community Board area. The Community Board provides funding to support local projects that will help to improve outcomes for residents; address the area priorities; and support the delivery of Buckinghamshire Council’s Corporate Plan
